이용약관

본 약관은 DY Solution(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 iOS 앱(이하 "앱")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 다운로드하거나 이용함으로써 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. 이용 허락

회사는 이용자에게 Apple 기기에서 앱을 개인적·비상업적 목적으로 이용할 수 있는 비독점적이고 양도 불가능한 권한을 부여합니다. 앱의 이용에는 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 라이선스 계약(EULA)이 함께 적용됩니다.

2. 유료 서비스 및 구독

  • 인앱 구매 및 구독 결제는 Apple ID 계정을 통해 청구됩니다.
  • 구독은 현재 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다.
  • 구독 관리 및 해지는 기기의 설정 > Apple ID > 구독에서 할 수 있습니다.
  • 환불은 Apple의 환불 정책에 따르며, reportaproblem.apple.com에서 요청할 수 있습니다.

3. 이용자의 의무

이용자는 앱을 역설계, 변조, 재배포하거나 관련 법령을 위반하는 방식으로 이용해서는 안 됩니다.

4. 지식재산권

앱과 관련된 디자인, 소프트웨어, 상표 등 모든 권리는 회사에 있습니다. 이용자가 앱에 입력한 데이터의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.

5. 면책

앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 회사는 안정적인 서비스를 위해 노력하지만, 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 앱 이용으로 발생한 간접적·부수적 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다. 중요한 데이터는 iCloud 등을 통해 백업해 두시길 권장합니다.

6. 약관의 변경

회사는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

7. 준거법

본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다.

These Terms govern your use of the iOS apps (the "Apps") provided by DY Solution ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the Apps, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Apps on Apple devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

  • In-app purchases and subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Refunds follow Apple's policy and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, modify, or redistribute the Apps, or use them in violation of applicable laws.

4. Intellectual property

All rights to the Apps, including design, software, and trademarks, belong to us. You retain all rights to the data you enter.

5. Disclaimer

The Apps are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Apps. We recommend backing up important data via iCloud.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms and will post changes on this page.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

本規約は、DY Solution（以下「当社」）が提供するiOSアプリ（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロードまたは利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. 利用許諾

当社は、Apple製デバイス上で本アプリを個人的・非商業的な目的で利用するための、非独占的かつ譲渡不可能な権利を付与します。本アプリの利用には、Appleの標準エンドユーザ使用許諾契約（EULA）も適用されます。

2. 有料サービスとサブスクリプション

  • アプリ内課金およびサブスクリプションの料金は、Apple IDアカウントに請求されます。
  • サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の24時間前までに解約しない限り自動更新されます。
  • サブスクリプションの管理・解約は、設定 > Apple ID > サブスクリプションから行えます。
  • 返金はAppleのポリシーに従い、reportaproblem.apple.comからリクエストできます。

3. 禁止事項

本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、改変、再配布、または法令に違反する方法での利用は禁止します。

4. 知的財産権

本アプリに関するデザイン、ソフトウェア、商標などすべての権利は当社に帰属します。ユーザーが入力したデータの権利はユーザーに帰属します。

5. 免責

本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。法令で認められる範囲において、本アプリの利用により生じた間接的・付随的損害について当社は責任を負いません。重要なデータはiCloudなどでバックアップすることをおすすめします。

6. 規約の変更

当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあり、変更時はこのページでお知らせします。

7. 準拠法

本規約は大韓民国の法律に準拠します。
